Plain-language summary: Nestly collects baby care data (sleep, feedings, diapers, milestones, etc.) entered by parents and caregivers. We use this data to run the app and generate AI-powered insights. We do not sell your data. We do not advertise to you. Your family's data stays in your household unless you explicitly share it.

4. AI-Powered Features

When you use AI insights, requests are routed through our Cloudflare Workers backend using AI models (currently Meta Llama, hosted on Cloudflare Workers AI). We send your baby's age in days (not date of birth), aggregated behavioral patterns, milestone labels, and your time zone. We do not send full names, dates of birth, or other directly identifying information. AI outputs are informational only and do not constitute medical advice.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

Parents and caregivers you invite can view data you have logged, subject to the role permissions you set (owner / editor / viewer).

Important: Nestly is designed for use by parents and caregivers (adults aged 18 and over). The app records data about infants and toddlers, but the account holder and all users must be adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

You can view, edit, and delete your data within the app. To request a machine-readable export, email privacy@nestlyrhythm.com.

8.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents may email privacy@nestlyrhythm.com with subject "California Privacy Request" to exercise rights of access, deletion, and opt-out of sale (we do not sell personal information).
