You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nestly. You must be a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver of the infant(s) or toddler(s) whose data you log. Nestly is not intended for use by minors.
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us at legal@nestlyrhythm.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. When you invite household members, you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms.
Nestly is a baby care tracking and insights platform for logging sleep, feeding, diapers, tummy time, milestones, growth measurements, and health notes; viewing AI-powered insights; coordinating care within a household; and optionally connecting with caregivers through the marketplace.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except as required by law.
AI insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified pediatrician or licensed healthcare provider with questions about your child's health, development, feeding, or sleep. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
You own the data you enter into Nestly. By using the Service, you grant Future Edge Tech a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion.
Nestly acts as a platform only and is not a party to any agreement between families and caregivers. We do not verify credentials or qualifications of caregivers. Families are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including background checks. Future Edge Tech is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from caregiver services.
The Nestly app, branding, design, and all content provided by Future Edge Tech (excluding your user content) are owned by or licensed to Future Edge Tech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE EDGE TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $50 USD.
If you downloaded Nestly from the Apple App Store, Apple's terms and conditions also apply. Apple is not a party to these Terms, has no obligation to provide support for the Service, and is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Future Edge Tech operates. Before filing any legal claim, contact us at legal@nestlyrhythm.com and allow 30 days to attempt informal resolution.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date and notifying you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.
